Kouji and I went for a nice hike on Sunday afternoon in Hakuba. It was a nice break from having to work all day Saturday at the university doing make up classes for the days I missed due to the thumb surgery. We had a killer day and hiked and walked for over 3 hours. It is Kouji's birthday tomorrow, so we made up for it yesterday since we both have to work tomorrow.....

We got to see this guy, staring down at us from in the trees, he was so cute. He's a Japanese Kamoshika, which is a kind of antelope.
