Had a bit of a rotton spot, but it was all fixed by our great Canadian carpenter Ian Beattie within two days!!!!!! Thanks Ian, the new floor looks great!!!

This was the Kitchen on Sunday afternoon, after Kouji and I removed it to get ready for our new unit bath!!!! So much work, so little time.....
any volunteers would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Here we are holding part of our life savings, after withdrawing it from 82 Bank. First we get to touch it, smell it, hold it, then hand it over to the owner of the building we are about to purchase...... easy come, easy go...........

But, as of last Wednesday, we have become the official owners of Popple Pop Property!!!!!!! Yeeeee haaaaawwww the fun begins now........

A sneak peek at what is underway at 47 Ski hill for this summer. A new jump park, Sweet Riders very own Kouji Watanabe on the job with design and construction, more news when it comes!!!!

Have been spending some time in Hakuba riding these past few days. We have had awesome weather and too much fun!!! Check out the pictures..........

After the rides we chilled out in the onsen, and played with Albert and Kumi's new puppy..... what a great day!!

Well here is a quick peek at the inside of our new building. It has been very busy with all of this going on, back and forth to the bank, carpenters, plumbers, owners, realtors etc, bare with us on the lame updates.......

Ya-Chan's event was fantastic!! 15 people came out and we rode over 40km through the Azumino region!! We sampled local snacks and food along the way. Be sure to join us for more of these events in the future!! More pictures here.

Popple pop will become officially Sweet Riders property very soon!!!! We are very pleased to announce that Sweet Riders will have its own building that will become its base for running all the fun things we do! Renovations need to be done and much more so when its all ready, stay tuned for the official house warming party which you will be invited too!!!!!!!!


We will be living and running a business out of here so we are very excited. This is what it looks like now, after some hard work, time and money we will gradually be giving it a facelift as well as a tummy tuck, ha ha!!!!!!

My new Specialized Ruby Expert Road Bike, sweeeeeetttttttt!!!! I am in love!!!!! Since the doctor gave me the ok to start road riding, what better way to get back in the saddle then with a new kick ass bike!!!! Rides like a Porsche, handles like a Jaguar!!! So stoked to get back on a bike, the mountain bike will still have to wait a bit, but the thumb is coming along nicely!! Everyday its getting stronger and stronger, will be back to normal in no time!!!!! In the meantime, be seeing you on the road.......
