Arrggg I don't like colds!!!!!
16/02/09 11:43

Ya Chan and I, after both waking up with sore throats, we decided to cancel our planned road riding trip and take it easy with a trip to Kuzo Onsen. I had never been here before but Ya Chan had, it was a great choice. Natural mineral hot spring water....felt really great and made the skin feel so silky......

After the onsen, we were feeling a bit better so I suggested a soba lunch, and that is what we did....

MMMM, tempura soba, felt good on the throats, and a nice healthy meal for the cold....

After all of our good intentions, we ended up having to go to the clinic and see a doctor. This was my second time around, pesky little germs are tough to get rid of. As we do in Japan, wear the mask, and take medicine.......hopefully round two will cure these suckers!!!!!!!!!!!
Until I am healthier....later......
Oh enjoy this little clip my dad sent me......

3rd attempt at the Avalanche course!!
08/02/09 22:24

Here we are plugging away up the mountain. This was my group from the 5 day avalanche course I was taking this weekend. Now I have to give you some background on this.......every avalanche course I have enrolled in has never been completed because I have always gotten sick!!!!!! The first attempt, I broke down with the mumps, the second bronchitis, and this time around a nose and throat thing. Of course these are spread over a period of three years but every winter season at the time of the courses I get wacked......arrrrrgggg.
So my day five of this months attempt went sour again. Bummer, I will complete it sometime again in the future........arrgggg, anyway enjoy the photos, was a stunning day.......
