On Friday we didn’t have such good weather but on Saturday the weather gods shined for us!!! We had a great morning Demo clinic and an afternoon English mountain bike touring session. Thanks to all of you who came out and supported Sweet Riders and our mountain biking community!!!

Well I recovered and had an action packed week. I went to Tokyo for business meetings, then back to Hakuba to work two days as assistant ski patrol and a night out on Sunday. Bad news, my cold came back for a third time and this time it was tonsillitis!!!!!!!! Arrrrrggggg, so that left me with 5 more days of rest and relaxation while taking antibiotics for the third time. Not too good for the body so I have to really rest for a while to let my body’s natural immume system recover........

So I have been hanging at home, reading, watching movies, kind of pigging out on snacks, as ya do when one’s sick........and will be good to go soon!!!! Click here for more pics!!!
